Connole Construction Ltd was established in 1991, by John Connole. John started his career in construction as a Construction Studies Lecturer in the Limerick Institute of Technology from 1981 – 1988. After spending a couple of years in America working in the construction industry, John returned to Ireland in 1991 and set up Connole Construction Ltd. Now based in Ballyvaughan, Co Clare, Connole Construction Ltd is proud of its reputation for building high quality, award winning homes in Clare, Galway, Limerick, Wicklow and Dublin.

Our previous projects range from New Builds, Restorations, Extensions, Design & Builds, Commercial Premises and Refurbishments. Our excellent standards of building, along with the level of service which we insist upon, ensure that all our projects are delivered on time and within budget. John and his team were exceptional throughout the building process from tender to finish. We used Connole Construction to build an annex to our home in Dublin in 2016.  The work involved the total refurbishment of our (Georgian protected structure) the demolition of interior load bearing walls and the extension of the building footprint to add an extra 100sqm onto our familiy home.  John and his team worked very well with our Architect and John suggested a number of significant cost saving measures during the build.  We found John and his team to be extremely reliable and highly professional.  He estimated a build period of 24 weeks and the project was fully completed in time and on budget.  It was a pleasure to work with John and the quality of workmanship and finish was excellent.  We would have no hesitation in recommending Connole Construction and prospective clients are more than welcome to view our build.

This is a very good example of how a simple infill extension can strengthen the character and visual envelope of that village. The building line is curved and allows the built form of the village to move gently around the corner thereby enhancing the overall experience of the village at this junction. The frame of the building is further enhanced by a keen eye to detail and the use of good materials.  A very effective example of good quality design.
